About Me

I'm a San Francisco Bay Area native, and while I abandoned the Bay for L.A. (college and graduate school), I am very happy to be back where my heart is. San Francisco is truly one of the greatest cities to live in!

Before I started teaching second grade I was in Kindergarten. I'm not sure if it is the fact I began in all that cuteness, or my theater major, but I LOVE dressing up, theme teaching, and anything that gets the kids engaged! I bring that into my love for teaching literacy and art and I enjoy (almost) every second of it. Teaching truly is the greatest job on earth.
